Maleah Finucane loves seeing people break through their perceived limitations. She also loves a good challenge, fierce competition, and a chance to flex her impeccable negotiation skills. A fearless leader, bar setter, and visionary. Maleah isn’t just the brains behind the Weber Home Team, she’s the heart. Her genuine care and full investment in the success of every client and team member have propelled the Weber Home Team to become not just an award-winning real estate team, but OKC’s favorite real estate team. Maleah doesn’t do anything halfway.
An Oklahoma Native with a degree in Human Resource Management, from the University of Central Oklahoma, Maleah’s just about done it all. She loves figuring things out, strategizing, being a lever for people’s goals-and real estate is the perfect vehicle for that.
When she’s not changing the face of Oklahoma Real Estate, you will find Maleah with her most beloved people: her husband, her son, the furry children in her home, and her closest friends.

Meet Mike Finucane, Maleah’s husband, and right-hand man. To say that Mike knows Oklahoma is an understatement. Sellers, buyers, and even strangers seek out his knowledge of the marketplace and keep coming back thanks to his tireless work ethic, A-Plus communication skills, and his friendly empathetic nature. When Mike says that he is here to serve and educate clients at a high level, he means it. He prides himself on getting to know what’s most important to his clients, and he puts that knowledge into action-successfully, delivering them with results.
When Mike is not busy rolling out the red carpet for his clients and team, you will most likely find him spending time with family, taking the camper out to enjoy nature, and living the dream as a drummer for his band.

Our Clever Conductor
Brittani loves getting things done and checking those boxes off, Jack of All Trades if you will. And that’s just about the perfect for her role as she wears many hats. She holds title as the listing manager, transaction manager, and she keeps the office running. On top of that she even is a licensed Realtor!
More than square footage or picturesque views, Brittani knows what real estate is about: People and the places they call home. Her attention to detail, executive organizational skills, and a great listener, Brittani is prepared for just about anything. Overseeing every step of the Listing & Transaction process, she ensures proper execution of the components that make for a seamless transaction. Her dedication and innovative strategies ensure that your home gets the best marketing possible throughout the home-selling process. But she knows how to have fun, both at work and off the clock.
When she’s not at work she is soaking up time with her husband, looking for the next DIY project, and playing with their two furry Australian Shepherds, Kora, and Roo.
